Super convenient location, amazing parking lot, welcoming atmosphere, comfortable rooms, friendly staff.

We had a really big two-room and two-bathroom "apartment" heading to the backside . The room was comfortable for our 2+3 family. Very good breakfast with great range of dishes.

The location. You have to go by car to the city. The hotel requires renewal.

The staff were very helpful and accomodating their command of English was exceptional and they went out of their way to make me feel welcome and at home, no problems at all, very pleasant stay.

The only thing I would criticise is the location of the hotel, a long way out from Aarhus.

Fresh and varied breakfast served in glasses, reducing contact surfaces. Separated stations for food and drinks, reducing buffet crowds. Friendly staff provided a top-notch running track and bike storage. Ample parking available. Clean room with openable window. Easy car access.

Beginning to look slightly dated inside, but still good.

I wish that hotels like this would take better care of routine maintenace - shower heads where the holes are blocked up and the surround split acting like sprinkler systems are not what you want first thing in the morning

The staff went above and beyond to assist me when my partner fell ill during our stay. From the moment we checked in until we left, the reception was incredibly helpful. The breakfast selection was outstanding, with a wide variety of high-quality options. The dinner meals were also superb, especially the steak which I highly recommend. this hotel provided exceptional quality, professionalism, and a comfortable room. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Good value for price. For people with car or ready to use (quite good) public transportation.

I chose this hotel for our team retreat because it provided excellent conference facilities. The conference center was spacious and well-equipped, allowing us to have productive meetings and workshops throughout our stay.

The one service that I missed for my work was a reliable and fast internet connection. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi in the hotel was quite slow and inconsistent, making it difficult to stay connected and get work done efficiently.

The breakfast was the best I ever had in a hotel. Also the fact that our room was upgraded was fine.

Breakfast was good, had a nice variety, it was actually the only thing worth it. Good location if you have a car to drive to the center, clean room. Good option to cancel the entire booking with no charge at all, up to 1 day before arrival, if trip was cancelled

Bathroom a bit old and smelly - unacceptable. Hotel service extremely slow. We had booked a standard triple room, they initially gave us a standard double room with not even enough space for an extra bed. When asked for another room, we were informed that there is actually no triple room in the hotel and were given another double, but with space to add an exra bed. This supposedly costs more than the price we had reserved but no extra charge was made, due to our inconvenience. The receptionist, although trying to be very helpful, was inevitably very slow (she had to do everything by herself, since she was the only staff at helpdesk) and all this delayed us so much, that we missed dinner (all restaurants, including the hotel restaurant, close by 10pm in Aarhus). When checking out, we were again incredibly delayed, apparently all guests checking out had complaints and, although there were 3 people at the reception, only one of them was actually assisting guests! Not a good value for money, apart from the satisfying breakfast.

Had a fantastic Christmas stay! The rooms were clean and cozy with plenty of lighting and comfortable bedding. The breakfast spread was one of the best I’ve ever had, with so many options including hot and cold dishes, and even vegan and gluten-free choices. The location was also great, nestled in a quiet area but still only a short bus ride away from the city center. Plus, the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The bathroom facilities could have been better as the shower curtain didn’t quite reach the floor, making it easy for water to spill onto the bathroom floor. the WiFi was a bit spotty and we had trouble connecting at times.

Breakfast was good

Location isn't ideal if you don't have a car and want to see the sights of Aarhus. However, there is a bus stop across the street which gets you into the town centre so it is do-able.

Mind-blowing breakfast with diverse options, packed in delightful glasses to reduce contact. Friendly staff created an amazing running track and provided a secure bike storage room. Spacious parking lot with camera surveillance. Clean room with the option to open the window for fresh air. Easy access by car. One-night stay, but super comfortable and loved the cozy, delicious breakfast. Free room upgrade and felt safe with excellent security measures.

I recently stayed at Scandic and found it to be a great choice due to its convenient location next to the ring road and secure parking. The room, away from any noise, was a good size, although it could use a bit of updating. The friendly and helpful reception staff made me feel welcome. The breakfast selection was impressive and well-stocked. Scandic Aarhus V was a satisfactory option for my needs.
